Leaders
We offer a full range of polyleaders. These 24lb to 40lb tapered leaders will make casting pike streamers easier. They will also give you the opportunity to cover several waterlayers when using a floating or intermediate pike line. Simply connect the polyleader (loop to loop) to your fly line and vary in length to find the perfect leader for the spots your fishing. To these leaders you need to add a short piece of tippet and wire.
Tip: when you go fly fishing for pike in Rügen...take polyleaders! When wading the shallow waters you still need some sink tips to get the 'small' streamers down as you need to strip as fast as you can.
