Dumbell eyes
When you add some weight to the head of the streamer it will force the head of the streamer to dive down. This movement is often irrisistable to predators like pike, enticing them to attack. So if you want to fish a little aggresive try adding dumbell eyes to your streamers. Also great for perch and zander!
